BIOTAL Flush Sachet 3000 is an effective, easy to use, clear sachets containing an active powder to remove scale and organic waste build up in black water pipes.
Application and use:
Black water waste and toilet systems
Black water pipes are susceptible to the build up of scale which can result in inconvenient and costly blockages, which are further compounded by the development of unpleasant odours.
To create and maintain a scale free system it is critical in the first instance, to clear black water pipes of scale build up and then, to maintain them, “scale free” by way of the BIOTAL MDS 2000 programme.
This programe works continuously to ensure the maintenance of a fully functioning toilet system, while also providing the piece of mind that it is working in an environmentally friendly way.
It is a 3 stage process of continuous maintenance, starting with -
- A deep clean regime using the BIOTAL Flush Sachet 3000.
- Creating and maintaining a biofilm to resist scale build up and digest organic material by using BIOTAL MDS 2000 and 2000C
- Completing the waste cycle with a sewage treatment plant populated by AMEROID MSD – PAK which creates a natural environment to breakdown waste.

How it works:
BIOTAL Flush Sachet 3000 is designed to clear scale in black water pipe systems. It is formulated using acids to clear scale, combined with environmentally friendly bacteria and enzymes to break down paper, organic waste and uric acid.
When the sachet is flushed down the toilet, water immediately dissolves the sachet releasing the effervescent formula.
BIOTAL Flush Sachet 3000 gets to work straight away clearing the scale, while at the same time starting the process of digesting paper, fat and organic material found in the pipes.
Since BIOTAL Flush Sachet 3000 is designed to work as part of a system, once it has reached the sewage treatment plant it will not inhibit the action of the MSD - PAK product. Excessive use of the sachet may affect the efficacy of the treatment plant. This may be overcome by the use of additional doses of AMEROID MSD-PAK.
